Hi, Somehow, my machine was infected with Elex Smart Search malware as a result of which start pages of IE, Firefox and Chrome changed and also, Symantec Antivirus started showing that Anti Virus definitions are not up to date.When I tried to run Live Update, it runs fine and says session is complete but antivirus still showed "Anti Virus definitions are not up to date".I tried all the steps that you have asked before posting here on the following link: Please find attached the required files.
